Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 16 years old to use Toonify. By signing in with Google you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have authority to bind any company you represent.

Toonify only supports sign-in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use to log in. We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, attempts to abuse the Service, or is reported for fraudulent activity.

• Toonify is sold on a pay-as-you-go credit basis. Credits are non-transferable and do not expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Currency: GBP unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice; credits already purchased keep their original value.
• Refunds: credits are digital goods consumed immediately on generation. Because of the nature of AI-generated content, all sales are final and non-refundable once any credit from a pack has been used. If you have not used any credit from your most recent purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will issue a refund where required by UK consumer law.
• Free credits granted on signup or promotionally have no cash value, cannot be refunded, and may be revoked at our discretion.

Slideshows generated using a free credit are watermarked with the toonify.co.uk brand. You agree that you will not remove, obscure, crop, or alter the watermark. Slideshows generated using paid credits are delivered without a watermark.

You retain ownership of the underlying product photo you upload. For each paid slideshow you generate, Toonify grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the resulting images for personal and commercial purposes, including TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, and brand advertising.

Because the output is partly produced by third-party AI models (currently Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini), Toonify cannot guarantee that the output is free of similarities to other works or fully registrable as your original intellectual property. You are responsible for confirming the content is suitable for your intended use.

You agree NOT to use Toonify to generate or distribute content that:

• infringes anyone's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights;
• is defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful;
• impersonates a real person without permission, or uses their likeness deceptively;
• promotes weapons, drugs, gambling, adult services, or anything age-restricted in the UK;
• contains malware, spam, or attempts to manipulate Toonify or any third-party platform;
• infringes the terms of any platform you intend to post on (e.g. TikTok Community Guidelines).

You alone are responsible for the product photo you upload, the captions, and how you use the generated slideshow. Toonify is a creative tool — it does not endorse or verify the products, brands, claims, or affiliate links involved.

Toonify uses third-party AI models. AI output can occasionally be inaccurate, contain unexpected elements, or fail to match the product correctly. You acknowledge that:

• generated images may contain visual artefacts, mis-spellings, or stylistic drift;
• generated dialogue is informal, illustrative, and not a factual claim about the product;
• Toonify provides the Service “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or any particular performance, conversion rate or revenue outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Toonify and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Toonify in the 3 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Toonify integrates with third-party providers — Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or changes in those services.

We only collect the data needed to run the Service: your Google email + name, your uploaded product photos (stored only as long as we need to generate and serve your slideshow), generation history, and payment records via Stripe. We do not sell your data. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

You can stop using Toonify at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, attempt to chargeback in bad faith, or use Toonify to generate prohibited content. On termination, any unused paid credits may be forfeited if the termination is due to your breach.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
